This Privacy Policy explains how MuSocí Radio collects, uses, and protects your information. Please read it carefully before using MuSocí or submitting any content or purchase.
1. INTRODUCTION
MuSocí Radio (“MuSocí,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your information.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information in connection with:
- Creator submissions
- Platform participation
- Paid MuSocí Amplification products and services
- Communications
We collect only the information reasonably necessary to operate MuSocí, fulfill creator services, process purchases, comply with legal obligations, and improve the platform.
By using MuSocí, you agree to this Privacy Policy. MuSocí is operated within the United States and intended for U.S.-based users. (If you are located in the EU/UK, additional rights may apply under applicable law; this policy is designed for U.S. users.)
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
A. Information You Provide
- Name
- Phone number
- Social media handles
- Artist bio, photos, and media
- Music files and metadata
B. Submission Data
- Audio files (MP3/WAV)
- Track details
- Release status
- Streaming links
- Authorship and ownership information — information you provide about your creative role and rights in submitted work, including disclosures you choose to provide regarding the creation of submitted work and the use of creative tools or production methods. This information is used to support rights and licensing verification and is retained for legal and operational purposes, including as a record of the disclosures you made at the time of submission.

- Support tickets, billing and refund correspondence, and other account- or purchase-related communications
D. Amplification & Payment Data
When you purchase a paid MuSocí Amplification product, we and our payment processor collect information necessary to process your purchase and fulfill your order, which may include:
- Billing name, billing address, and contact information
- Payment information and fraud-prevention information (processed securely by our third-party payment processor, Stripe — payment card details are transmitted directly to Stripe; MuSocí does not store full payment card numbers)
- Order and transaction records, including unique order/milestone identifiers
- The promotional assets and creative inputs you submit for fulfillment (such as photographs, biography, links, logos, and story notes, and other materials you choose to provide in connection with Amplification fulfillment), collected through our onboarding intake form
Story notes and similar creative inputs submitted for the Artist Introduction are used solely for scriptwriting and production and are not publicly displayed unless you approve the resulting script. They are retained as production records.
E. Technical, Security & Submission Processing Data
Submission data, including personal information, audio files, and metadata, is collected through JotForm prior to transfer to MuSocí’s internal systems. JotForm operates as a third-party service provider subject to its own privacy policy.
Additional technical and security data may include:
- IP address
- Submission and transaction timestamps
- Limited device/browser information
- Transaction-security and fraud-prevention signals (such as address/CVV verification results and related checkout security data) used to protect the platform against fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We use information to:
- Review and process submissions
- Upload and manage approved content
- Process purchases and fulfill paid Amplification products
- Detect and prevent fraud and unauthorized transactions
- Communicate with creators
- Operate and improve the platform
MuSocí may use aggregated, non-identifiable data for internal analysis and platform improvement. We do not sell personal information.
4. CONTENT USAGE
Submitted content may be:
- Streamed through licensed infrastructure (e.g., Live365)
- Used for platform promotion (e.g., social clips, previews)
- Displayed within MuSocí
- Used in connection with paid Amplification products you purchase (such as an amplified artist page, homepage sponsored tile, or produced introduction), as described in the applicable Terms of Service
Promotional use of creator content, including name, likeness, and audio excerpts, is conducted in accordance with the Creator Hosting & Platform Access Agreement and, where applicable, the MuSocí Amplification Terms accepted at the time of submission or purchase.
If you submit a deletion request, MuSocí will remove your personal information from active systems and from future promotional use. However, MuSocí is not required to remove or recall: (a) content already publicly distributed in accordance with the Creator Hosting & Platform Access Agreement; (b) archived, dated historical records of earned editorial milestones and purchased Amplification (maintained as noindex’d records containing name and publicly available artist details); or (c) information required to be retained by law or to resolve an active or threatened payment dispute.
5. INFORMATION SHARING
We only share information as necessary:
Service Providers (including but not limited to):
- Live365 (streaming infrastructure)
- JotForm (submission and asset intake)
- Stripe (payment processing)
- Sender.net (email list management and delivery) — https://www.sender.net/privacy-policy/
- Other email marketing and communication service providers
Legal Compliance — to comply with legal obligations; to protect rights, safety, or platform integrity.
Business Transfers — in connection with merger, acquisition, or asset transfer.
We do not share your information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
6. DATA RETENTION
We retain information as necessary to:
- Operate MuSocí
- Maintain submission records
- Maintain transaction, purchase, refund, and chargeback-dispute records (including invoices, payment confirmations, refund records, and dispute correspondence — as required for tax, accounting, and anti-fraud purposes)
- Comply with legal obligations
Submission records and associated personal information are generally retained for the duration of a creator’s participation and for a reasonable period thereafter for legal and operational purposes. Audio files and metadata for approved content are retained for the duration of the content hosting period. Transaction and payment records are retained as required by applicable financial, tax, and legal obligations.
Deletion requests will be processed within 45 days where feasible.
Note: certain transaction records, asset submission histories, and communication logs may be retained despite a deletion request where retention is required by law or necessary to resolve an active or threatened payment dispute, including throughout any applicable bank dispute/chargeback window.
Data retained by third-party providers such as JotForm and Stripe may be subject to those providers’ independent retention practices.
7. YOUR RIGHTS
You may:
- Request access to your information
- Request correction
- Request deletion
- Opt out of marketing communications

To protect your privacy, we may verify your identity before processing a data request, which may include confirming information already on file. We will acknowledge data requests within 10 business days and complete requests within 45 days where feasible.
MuSocí does not sell your personal information. MuSocí will not discriminate against users for exercising their privacy rights.
California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) / California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including the rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale/sharing (MuSocí does not sell or share personal information as defined by these laws).
8. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
You may opt in to receive updates and announcements, and may unsubscribe at any time. Transactional communications relating to submissions, purchases, fulfillment, or account activity may still be sent even if you opt out of marketing emails.
9. LISTENER DATA
When users stream content through MuSocí, technical data (such as IP address and playback activity) is collected by our streaming infrastructure provider, Live365. MuSocí may receive aggregated, non-identifiable analytics from this activity. MuSocí does not directly collect personally identifiable listener data through streaming. Requests related to listener data collected by Live365 should be directed to Live365 in accordance with its privacy policy.
10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
MuSocí uses third-party services, including but not limited to:
- Live365 — https://www.live365.com/privacy
- JotForm — https://www.jotform.com/privacy/
- Stripe — https://stripe.com/privacy
- Sender.net — https://www.sender.net/privacy-policy/
These services operate under their own privacy policies. Stripe operates as an independent data controller for the purpose of processing payment transactions; information transmitted through the checkout interface is subject to the Stripe Privacy Policy. MuSocí is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services, and users are encouraged to review those policies directly.
11. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
MuSocí is intended for users 18 years of age or older. MuSocí does not knowingly collect or process personal information from individuals under 18.
12. COOKIES & ANALYTICS
MuSocí may use standard analytics tools or cookies to understand platform usage and improve performance. We use this data to operate and improve the platform and do not sell it. Users may manage cookie preferences through their browser settings.
13. POLICY UPDATES
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date. For material changes affecting how personal information is used, MuSocí will provide notice via email or platform notification prior to the change taking effect. Continued use of MuSocí constitutes acceptance of updates.
14. DATA SECURITY
MuSocí implements reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach that compromises your personal information, we will notify affected users as required by applicable law and provide information about the breach and steps you can take to protect yourself.
15. GOVERNING LAW
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
16. RELATIONSHIP TO OTHER AGREEMENTS
To the extent this Privacy Policy conflicts with the Creator Hosting & Platform Access Agreement or the MuSocí Terms of Service regarding content usage, those agreements shall govern with respect to their subject matter.
